feeling a wee bit like Mr. Penguin's other half… and loving it. there's no need to beat around the bushes, i'm obsessed with this little number, it's like i'm this love-struck teenager! and whoever said that vests should only be worn in the winter must have skipped out on breakfast. because vests happen to be the perfect summer to fall transitional accessory. wear it with an oversized tee, wear it with a simple tank, hell wear it all by its lonesome self. (head turns will follow).
